- About these beta terms
Thank you for testing Reframr before it launches. These beta terms apply while you take part in the Reframr private beta, run by Reframr Ltd (company number 17491973). They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy, which also apply to you. If anything in these beta terms is different, these beta terms apply for as long as the beta lasts.
- Reframr is not finished yet
The beta is an early version of Reframr, shared so we can find problems and improve it before launch. This means:
- features may be missing, change, stop working or be removed without notice;
- the service may be slow or unavailable at times;
- things may go wrong, including errors in generated results; and
- in rare cases, work could be lost, so please keep your own copies of anything important.
- Credits during the beta
Any free credits we give you for the beta have no cash value. They may be reset or removed when the beta ends. If you pay for anything during the beta, our Terms of Service and Credits and Refunds Policy apply to that purchase in full, including your legal rights as a consumer.
- Keep the beta confidential
Until we launch Reframr publicly, please do not share screenshots, videos, features, prices or other details of the beta outside the people you work with, and do not post about it publicly, unless we tell you that you can. This does not apply to anything we have already made public. Your own projects and results are yours to share, as our Terms of Service allow.
- Your feedback
We would love to hear what works, what doesn’t and what you would like to see. By sending us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you agree that we may use them to improve Reframr, without paying you or owing you anything. You do not have to give feedback, and we will not name you publicly without your permission.
- Your work
Your projects and results are covered by our Terms of Service, including who owns what. If your beta account is on the free plan, results are for personal, non-commercial use, as the Terms of Service explain.
- Ending the beta
We may end the beta, or your access to it, at any time. We will try to give you notice. You can stop taking part at any time. When the beta ends, we will tell you what happens to your account and work. You will be able to download your work before anything is deleted.
- Our responsibility
Because the beta is free and unfinished, we provide it as it is, and we cannot promise that it will work without problems. Section 11 of our Terms of Service still applies. Nothing in these beta terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
